At Bolholt Apartments guests can stay in convenient self-catered studios, located just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavik and offering magnificent bay and mountain views. All apartments have en suite bathrooms with showers and a compact kitchenette. Wireless internet is available and guests have access to a lounge area and convenient laundry room. At Bolholt, breakfast is included in the price and breakfast items are placed in the room refrigerator for guests convenience, with a refill every other day. The apartment rates include use of bed linen and towels. Please note that towels are changed every 2nd day and bed linen every 5th day.

BOLHOLT is located on the 4th floor on Bolholt Street which is one street above the east end of Laugavegur, our main shopping and culture street of Reykjavik and has a magnifficent view of the bay and mountains around Reykjavik.

With-in a walking distance is Laugardalur and its botanical garden, park and zoo and Iceland’s biggest geothermal swimming pool and spa.

On arrival ask us about museums, restaurants, clubs, and other interesting activities such as day tours.

This studio has twin beds and space for a roll-away bed for a 3rd person at an additional cost. The studio has a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove and tea and coffee maker. The rate includes breakfast, which is placed in the room fridge and refilled every other day.
Family Studio (4+0)
 
This spacious studio has twin beds and a double sofa bed. The studio accommodates up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is space for an extra roll-away bed for a 5th person, at an additional cost. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove. The seating area has a TV. The rate includes breakfast, which is placed in the room fridge and refilled every other day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.40 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.20 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
